1) About Us
Legends Footy League (“we”, “us”, “our”) organises online video game tournaments in the UK.

2) Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to enter any tournament involving entry fees or prizes.
- New Gen consoles only: PS5 / Xbox Series X|S.
- We may restrict entry for verified/pro players where stated in a tournament announcement.
3) Payments, Entry Fees & Confirmation
- Entry fees are collected to run the tournament and fund prize pools (where applicable).
- Your slot is only confirmed once payment is received and you are added to the bracket/participant list.
- We may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to collect payments.
4) Refund Policy
- Refunds are accepted as long as a cancellation request email has been sent 48 hours before the respective tournament starts.
- If we cancel a tournament before it starts, we will refund entry fees paid for that event.
- Chargeback abuse may result in bans from future events.
5) Prizes
- Prize amounts and distribution are announced per tournament.
- We aim to pay prizes within 7 days after results are verified.
- We may require proof of identity/age for prize payouts to prevent fraud.
6) Match Rules, Results & Disputes
- Players must follow tournament rules posted in the tournament announcement and/or Discord.
- Results must be supported by evidence (e.g., screenshot/video) if requested.
- Disconnects: rules will be stated per event (e.g., replay, resume, or admin decision).
- Admin decisions are final to keep the tournament running smoothly.
7) Code of Conduct
- No cheating, exploits, account sharing, or abusive behaviour.
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats will result in removal and bans.
8) Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by platform outages, internet issues, or game server problems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the entry fee you paid for the affected tournament.
9) Intellectual Property & Affiliation
Legends Footy League is not affiliated with EA/EA SPORTS. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
10) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
